Membership

Membership to the European Philosophy of Science Association (EPSA) is open to everyone, irrespective of nationality. Every member has the right to vote and to be elected in the Steering Committee of EPSA, which is the governing body of the Association. Further by-laws of EPSA may be reviewed in the Statutes.

Additionally, the EPSA membership package includes the following benefits:

  • Subscription to the European Journal for Philosophy of Science (EJPS)
  • Copy of EPSA Proceedings
  • Reduced registration fees for our conferences
  • Reduced membership fee for our partner association, the
    Philosophy of Science Association (PSA)
All membership fees are for two years (biennial membership) and are as follows:
  • Regular Member (year income below EUR 40,000)    EUR 120,-
  • Regular Member (year income over EUR 40,000)    EUR 160,-
  • Sponsoring Member (anonymous/not anonymous)    EUR 400,-
  • Student Member EUR 80,-
  • PSA Member (year income below EUR 40,000) EUR 100,-
  • PSA Member (year income over EUR 40,000) EUR 140,-
